Xugana Island Lodge accommodates just 16 guests in large raised reed and thatch chalets, each with a lagoon view through the lagoon-side vegetation. Camp Moremi accommodates only 22 guests in luxury East African-style safari tents.
Savute Safari Lodge is an authentic and unique lodge safari experience. From the luxury rooms to the amazing wildlife sightings, you will get a unique experience. Chobe Savanna Lodge has stylish thatched chalets, all with private decks, a combined bedroom/lounge area and en-suite bathrooms.
Ilala Lodge is the last venue on the itinerary. With splendid accommodation and exciting opportunities to see Victoria Falls it is the perfect last stop. Here you have the chance to relax and think back to the past couple of days spent in the bush.

Days 1 - 3: The Commodore Hotel, Cape Town, South AfricaOn the start of your 14 Day Luxury Botswana Safari, you will be met at Cape Town International Airport and taken to The Commodore Hotel. You stay at The Commodore Hotel on a BB basis for 3 nights. Your time in Cape Town can be spent in luxury and leisure. Cape Town is a beautiful city filled with many attractions. There are 2 wine route tours Southern Africa safari. It's a must since the Cape produces some of the best wine in the world. |

The Commodore offers stylish accommodation, state-of-the-art conference facilities, attention to detail and service excellence in a peaceful and secure environment. The Commodore is spacious enough to accommodate 236 rooms, as well as its guests' needs for individual space and serenity. The 198 Superior Rooms are all decorated to a nautical theme - some display the dynamism of the harbour, others the quiescence of Table Mountain.

There is a wine tasting tour from Stellenbosch to Paarl to Franschoek. The tour includes transfers to/from the Table Bay Hotel, a qualified wine guide, wine tasting and cheese tasting. There is another wine tasting tour from Constantia to Cape Point. Days 4 & 5: Xugana Island Lodge, BotswanaToday you take a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg International; from there a flight sets off for Maun Airport. At Maun Airport, you go on a scheduled charter to Xugana Island Lodge, which will be your home on a fully inclusive basis for the next 2 days on your Southern Africa safari.

The lodge accommodates just 16 guests in large raised reed and thatch chalets, situated on the shaded fringe of the island, each with a lagoon view through the lagoon-side vegetation. Each chalet is twin bedded with en-suite facilities, showers, overhead fans and a private deck. 'His and hers' robes are provided.

Mokoro trips in eco-friendly dugout canoes, combined with walking, to surrounding lagoons and islands in the concession give guests the chance to experience a classic Botswana safari. Bird-watching opportunities are outstanding, and fishing for bream and Tiger fish is also offered as an activity on this Southern Africa safari.

Days 6 & 7: Camp Moremi, BotswanaYou take a scheduled boat transfer from Xugana Island Lodge to Camp Moremi. You will be accommodated for 2 nights at Camp Moremi on a fully inclusive basis. Camp Moremi accommodates only 22 guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms. Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs.

Colourful woven rugs, designer linen and matching interior blinds complete your African hideaway. 'His and hers' towel robes as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each tent has its own private bathroom situated adjacent to the tent.

Days 8 & 9: Savute Safari Lodge, BotswanaToday you take a scheduled charter flight from Camp Moremi to Savute Safari Lodge, where you will stay for 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis. Savute Safari Lodge accommodates just 24 people in contemporary furnished twin-bedded luxury suites constructed of wood, thatch and glass, making them ideal for hot and dry conditions.

Double volume suites with their spacious interior and large, glass sliding doors set the lodge apart from typical safari accommodation. Large private viewing decks and en-suite facilities, with showers, 'his and hers' towel robes and tea and coffee making facilities combine to make Savute Safari Lodge an unforgettable experience.

Days 10 & 11: Chobe Savanna Lodge, NamibiaYou will be chartered from Savute Safari Lodge to Kasane Airport; from there you will be transferred to Kasane Jetty, to take a boat transfer to Chobe Savanna Lodge. You get to stay at Chobe Savanna Lodge on a fully inclusive basis for 2 nights. Chobe Savanna Lodge is relaxed and informal, set in a classic African Savanna environment with sweeping vistas surrounding the lodge.

The focal point of the lodge is a thatched open sided main building which commands a 270 degree view over the Chobe River and beyond to the Chobe National Park. Located in the main building is the lounge, dining room and bar areas furnished with African inspired furniture in dark teak woods, perfectly in tune with the environment.

Days 12 & 13: Ilala Lodge, ZimbabweYou go on a scheduled boat transfer from Chobe Savanna Lodge to Kasane Jetty, at the jetty there will be a scheduled road transfer to Ilala Lodge. You get to stay at Ilala Lodge for 2 nights on a BB basis. In the afternoon you can indulge in a sundowner cruise along the Zambezi River. There is a half-day Elephant Back Safari at Vic Falls. You can also go on tours of Victoria Falls and the Craft Village.

The lodge is ideally situated and is the closest to the Victoria Falls as well as the town centre. The National Park borders the front of property and wild animals often graze on the hotel lawns with the spray of the falls in the background.

Ilala Lodge offers 32 rooms - 24 twins, 6 doubles and 2 suites. All rooms have en suite bathroom with separate shower, air-conditioning, overhead fan and satellite TV and are served early morning tea / coffee, fruit basket and homemade biscuits.
